REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer an industry standard 30-day money back guarantee on all Raw Strength Barbell products as long as they are in the same condition you have received it, unbuilt/unworn/unused, and in it's original packaging.

We understand that not all purchases work out. So if you're not entirely satisfied with your order, simply send us an email to support@rawstrengthbarbell.com within 30 days of purchase with the reason for the return or exchange. We will then email you back with with a request for more information if needed, and then all you need to do is follow the instructions in the email we send you. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The cost of postage, packaging and insurance to return the goods are responsible by the customer unless it has arrived with a problem. The cost of delivery/postage will be deducted from any refund. If goods are not received back in the same condition and in their original packaging, Raw Strength Barbell reserves the right to not accept the goods and/or not to issue a refund or credit. Any costs to redeliver the goods will be payable in advance by the customer.

Free delivery will not be refunded. If you received free delivery with your order and wish to refund any items, we will refund you back the cost of the item, minus the postage costs we incurred.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damaged items and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so we can resolve the issue and make it right.

Exceptions
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on ex-display items, sale items, or gift cards.

Unfortunately we are unable to refund or exchange for International orders due to the cost of International shipping prices.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the value of your order (excluding shipping) on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
