• How long will delivery take if I've ordered within the UK?
  -We know once you've ordered something you want to get it as soon as possible and we want to do just that!
  - All large gym equipment are sent via UPS next day delivery and sent within 1 working day as standard.
  - All clothing and accessories are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 within 1 working day as standard. If there are Royal Mail strikes we will switch over to DPD next day delivery so that receiving your training gear on time so that will be the least of your worries!

• Do you ship outside of the UK?
  - All large gym equipment (Power Racks, Barbells, Bench, Bumper Plates) are available in UK mainland only.
  - We offer worldwide shipping on all our clothing and accessories!

• How long does shipping take for EU customers?
  - Our EU orders usually take around 7 working days

​

• How long does shipping take for out of EU customers?
  - Orders outside of the EU will be delivered within 2-4 weeks.

• I haven't received my order yet, what do I do?
  - Please email support@rawstrengthbarbell.com or just DM us on Instagram with your order number and query and we will get back to you ASAP.
